Our expansive facilities accommodate MIG, TIG, and Stick welding for large diameter pipes up to 60". We guarantee x-ray quality welding and expertly fabricate custom pipe spools, above ground and below ground containment systems, long riser runs (over 50 foot), plus storage and delivery solutions.
Our project management team begins with a thorough analysis of the drawings and job specifications and establishes the most efficient method of fabrication. Our team oversee the drafting of working drawings and prepare material requisitions. Each project is monitored by our production department.
The project managers' most important function is client liaison. Communication with the client is open and ongoing. Our fabrication expertise is available to our client's engineers to assist in the prompt resolution of problems which may arise.
In order to best serve our clients, Accord maintains a substantial inventory of standard materials.
Our materials management operation is responsible for maintaining our files which store detailed information on the specification and quality level of each item. The materials needed for specific projects are selected quickly by our material control specialists. Non-inventoried items are procured by the Purchasing Department to meet project requirements.
Every project comes under the watchful eyes of our quality assurance team. They utilize extensive examination techniques to assure that only the highest quality product s delivered.
Accord has its own approved Quality Assurance Program in place. They implement the procedures set forth in the manual to ensure the appropriate quality for every project and customer.
